Eye Mask

The fragrance of lavender will help relax and de-stress you.
Use your eye mask to get a good nights sleep or during meditation. Mediation has been found to reduce stress and with the combination of lavender to relax body the technique is easy. Repeat a two syllable word (mantra) that has no meaning. Try not to let your thoughts break your mantra, if they do its ok just return to your mantra.
